PRE-REQUSITES: AT LEAST 1 YEARS BARISTA EXPERIENCE OR SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF A BASIC BARISTA COURSE
Over two days, you will spend time on a variety of different commercial machines, refining and extending your current skill set to produce higher quality and more consistent beverages. You will be learning more about the journey of coffee from crop to cup, varying your techniques in order to get the best quality out of alternate types of milk, and discovering techniques to enhance your speed and quality when you are working alone or with others. Also in this course is an in depth technical unit, covering thorough cleaning routines for both machines and grinders, and how to identify when it is time to service your equipment.
